Design Services

Every project begins with an initial consultation in order for us to gain a better understanding of your project. We will discuss your ideas, plans, budget, style and desired outcomes. Following the consult, a tailored project proposal will be prepared which will detail the scope of work required.

Initial Design Consultation

Molino Interiors takes the stress out of your new build or renovation. We will oversee the entire design process from concept to completion, and work collaboratively with you to create a beautiful, cohesive interior that feels uniquely like home to you.

Following an initial design consultation, we will tailor a package that meets your design needs. Design fees are priced following the consult.

Interior Design

    • Moodboard per room and overall vision board for the project

    • Up to 3x consults to discuss selections

    • Detailed specification of all fixings, fittings & finishes

    • Drawings of all joinery components

    • Spatial planning and refinement of floor plan

Careful furniture & styling selection can really transform a space and give it that finishing touch to make it feel like home. We take the stress and overwhelm out of sourcing to ensure that you are left with a beautiful, yet functional space.

Design fees will be priced following the initial consultation.

Furniture & Styling

    • Moodboard presentation

    • Spatial planning & furniture layout

    • Selection of furniture, rugs, artwork, lighting and decor

    • Onsite styling

    • Access to exclusive designer discounts

In this 90 minute one-off consultation, you take the lead and can ask me anything design related - from material and colour selections, to spatial planning, right down to the best artwork for your room - I’m here to help! You will walk away from this consult with the confidence to pursue your design project.
